1. The service

Dispry provides software that displays menu content on televisions you connect to it. You are responsible for the content you upload and for the accuracy of prices, allergens, and other information shown on your screens.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page; doing so removes your screens and uploaded content.

3. Plans and billing

The Free plan covers one screen at one location. Paid plans add additional screens, locations, and features. Paid plans and their terms will be presented before any charge is made.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Dispry to display unlawful content or to infringe others' rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." We work to keep screens online but do not guarantee uninterrupted display. To the extent permitted by law, Dispry is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
